Far Pavilions' head Chef, Gul Nazir, creates a fusion
of Asian food with Arab and Mediterranean ingredients.
This month he shows how you can quickly create a traditional
zesty accompaniment to complement your meal - why of
course! Tomato Salsa.
Tomato Salsa
Ingredients
5 tomatoes
1 small onion, chopped
2tsp mustard oil
Kashmiri chilli, finely chopped
coriander leaves, chopped
garlic
salt
Roast tomatoes in a pan until skin removes easily.
Chop the tomatoes adding the rest of the ingredients
and mix gently. Place in the fridge for 10 mins before
use.
Place kebab patties in the middle of the plate adding
tomato salsa on top and garnish with salad leaves
and cucumber.
